Bylaws Amendments

The nominating committee was unable to find LWVWI members willing to be nominated as president and vice-president. As a result, the board is proposing bylaws amendments that permit alternate board leadership structures, including a “shared leadership” structure. The board is also proposing other bylaws amendments to better reflect how our League and board operate.
